Ah, I'm sitting in my father's apartment with his old laptop, which is mine now. It's a lot lighter than my old laptop, which is a relief, since I'll be carting it up and down to college every week. Daddy, of course, has his new Mac computer. It WINS at teh shiny.

Ah, teh Joe Mooney drama! On Monday, my self confidence was CRUSHED when I was put in the Intermediate concertina class for the fourth freaking year in a row. The advanced concertina tutor - I'll call him NH - was grading us, didn't put me in his class, yet took in beginner pupils simply because he gives them regular lessons. Ye gods I'm tired, what with all that water-trampolining and canoeing and wall-climbing. Water-trampolining is FUN. My father and I still have to finish watching The Ruby in the Smoke, the BBC adaption of Philip Pullman's novel. I'm surprised by how much I'm enjoying it and how good it is; maybe it's due to Billie Piper's charisma.
